14 Days On A Bacon Diet--Here's What Happened

Dan Quibell, author of "The Bacon Experiment", inspired me to try a bacon diet.  Dan ate nothing but bacon for 30 days and lost 20 pounds, so I decided to do it for 14 days and see what would happen.  It didn't go as I expected, but I did lose weight and had a new appreciation for bacon.

Bacon shakes are in the news, plus our bacon producer of the week is Edward's Virginia Smokehouse in California, Missouri.
